RWANDA

It's been fifteen years since the worldturned itsback as perhaps a million people were slaughtered in just 100 days. Rwanda has gone to great lengths to rebuild itself after the genocide, but funds are desperately needed for those who have been left destitute, widowed or infected with HIV as a result of rape.

By donating just £5 a candle will be lit and placed on the mass graves at the Kigali Memorial Centre, where around 250,000 victims lay buried, and the funds will go to support those in need. Rwanda is a Christian nation, its people didn’t abandoned their faith or belief through trying times. Please, don't let's turn our backs again.
